Description: Deep colour; full bodied Shiraz, with licorice, blackberry, plums and pepper/spice. Excellent length supported by robust tannins.

Paul's Comments:
The 2008 Shiraz is the most complex of our wines to date. It gives up many layers of flavours if allowed to sit. It can be consumed now, however will enjoy cellaring.
