Name: Kersbrook Hill Rose

Vineyard: Maximilian’s, Verdun, Adelaide Hills

Description: This Rose is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The fruit was cooled and then basket pressed after fermenting for 2 days, leaving the wine with a striking ruby colour.  
This wine has an unusually high level of complexity and produce aromas of raspberry fruits.

Alcohol: 11.5%
