Description: This Sparkling wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The fruit was basket pressed, then fermented in French oak barrels to enhance complexity and produce aromas of rich berry fruits.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Paul's Comments: The first thing you notice about our sparkling Cabernet is the deep crimson colour and foamy mouse. This wine is creamy in your mouth with strong raspberry flavors.
